day 37

It was spitting this morning but we still went to school. We were meant to haev a morning watching the Madagascar DVD, for educational reasons of course, but the laptop battery had run out and we didnt have an adapter for the plug, so had to do real work instead :-( Every morning we pass 2 little Tibetan looking kids, aged about 1 and 3 tied to a post which is covered by a little roof by the side of the mountain. Its really sad as its obviously their house, and their parents must just work nearby and cant look after them, hence the tying up to a post so they dont fall off the mountian. But today their mother had taken them to day care so they can now interact with other kids which is good, but as of yet theyre yet to show any sort of emotion or speak. In the afternoon I drew the alphabet on 1 of the clasroom walls which is going to getr painted once we get paint, which could be literally any time from now to never.
